7-Day Return Window
Eligible products can be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of physical doorstep delivery or local agent pickup.
Condition Rules
Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and retained with original packaging, MRP tags, and manufacturer warranty cards.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are typically credited back to the original source payment method (UPI, Card, Bank) within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Hygiene goods, innerwear, perishable food items, and clearance items with explicitly declared terms cannot be returned.

Your Area Agent coordinates convenient doorstep pickup or sector hub drop-off without requiring courier booking.
Refund / Exchange
Once verified, choose between a replacement dispatch or refund to your original payment method in 5–7 days.

Clothing and lifestyle apparel (with original tags), non-perishable kitchenware, home appliances with manufacturing defects, electronics damaged in transit.
Personal care, grooming products, innerwear, grocery and food perishables, software/digital activation cards, and custom-ordered clearance items.
Membership Fee Policy
Club membership activation fees provide immediate wholesale discounts and platform privileges. As such, membership subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except where mandated by statutory law or approved for exceptional duplicate billing cases.
