Vendor Guidelines
Rules that keep EGC flash deals fair, transparent, and trusted for both our members and our valued vendor partners.
Deal Standards
Honest Pricing
Reference / MRP and member price must be strictly accurate. Upload price evidence when requested.
Clear Validity
Start and end times must be correct. Do not extend expired deals without getting re-approval.
Honour Redemptions
You must honour all legitimately claimed coupons and scanned memberships during regular store hours.
Quality & Stock
Only offer products you can fulfil. Always update your maximum redemptions when stock is running low.
Strictly Prohibited
- Misleading discounts, fake MRP, or deceptive bait-and-switch offers.
- Selling EGC memberships or promising income to our members.
- Sharing or harvesting member personal data outside the platform.
- Circumventing the QR code or official coupon redemption flows.
Eligibility Requirements
- Valid business operating in Navi Mumbai / approved service areas.
- Accurate GST / business identity details where applicable.
- Admin approval required before any deals go live on the platform.
