By creating an account, accessing our web application, mobile interface, or using any services provided by EGC India Shopping Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from registering, purchasing memberships, or utilizing our services.

To be eligible to register as a Member or an Area Agent, you must be an individual at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

• OTP Verification: Account creation requires valid mobile number and email verification via secure One-Time Passcode (OTP).
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during onboarding and to keep your credentials updated.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

All prices listed across product catalogs and membership plans are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Price Variations: Factory-direct prices and Flash Deals are dynamic and subject to manufacturer inventory availability.
• Taxation: Applicable statutory Goods and Services Tax (CGST and SGST/IGST) is clearly calculated and itemized during checkout.
• Fulfillment: We aggregate direct vendor supply. Physical delivery times are coordinated through verified Area Agents.

Online payments for club memberships and merchandise are facilitated through authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways supporting UPI, Net Banking, and Major Cards.

You agree not to engage in any unauthorized, fraudulent, or harmful activities, including but not limited to:

• Reselling member-exclusive deals to unauthorized commercial entities.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.
• Submitting false KYC details, forged payment receipts, or fraudulent identification.
• Harassing or impeding Area Agents, fellow members, or customer support staff.

EGC INDIA Shopping Club operates as a curated hybrid membership marketplace. While we enforce strict quality standards on participating vendors, physical products are subject to their respective manufacturer warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, EGC India disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party service interruptions.
