Products must be listed with accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and clearly stated specifications. Misleading titles or false claims are strictly prohibited.
Vendors must maintain competitive pricing. Sudden price manipulation or false discounts (inflating price before a sale) will lead to account suspension.
All orders must be dispatched within the committed timeframe. Secure packaging is mandatory to prevent damage during transit.
Vendors must comply with the standard EGC returns policy. Valid return requests for damaged or incorrect items must be processed promptly.
Sale of illegal, counterfeit, restricted, or hazardous materials is strictly banned. Violations will result in immediate termination.
