Area Agent Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms, responsibilities, and conditions for joining the EGC India Shopping Club as an official Area Agent for your local sector.

Appointment

Upon successful registration and payment, EGC INDIA Shopping Club may appoint you as a non-exclusive Area Agent for your selected locality/sector in Navi Mumbai, subject to final admin verification and KYC approval.

Responsibilities

As an Area Agent, you are a representative of EGC India. You must adhere to the following core responsibilities:

  • Promote EGC India Shopping Club membership ethically and professionally in your assigned area.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, process local deliveries, and comply with all applicable local laws.
  • Do not misrepresent products, prices, discounts, or company policies to members or prospects.
  • Protect all confidential business information and secure any personal customer data entrusted to you.

Exclusivity

Only one active Area Agent per designated sector/locality is permitted. Your appointment may be revoked if another agent is approved for the same area due to inactivity, or if you violate this agreement. EGC India reserves the right to modify sector boundaries.

Fees & Payments

Membership and agent onboarding fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except where explicitly required by law.

Commissions and Incentives: Any applicable payouts or commissions will be governed by separate program rules communicated by EGC INDIA. Tax deduction at source (TDS) will be applicable as per government regulations.

Termination

EGC INDIA may immediately suspend or terminate your Area Agent status for reasons including but not limited to: fraud, misrepresentation, policy violations, inactivity, or failure to meet program requirements. You may voluntarily request withdrawal by contacting our support team.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this agreement or your appointment shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
